The library keeps telling me that I'm "not authorised" to read it. Is this supposed to happen or is it just that the library hates me?

Sorry, yeah the library is currently not working, we have a queued job of copy and pasting 2000 lines of commands to fix it which is not a top priority for some reason 
You can reference the old library at http://libcom.org/library but you cant add content there

library ought to be visible, although those links still won't work until those database entries are changed.
